A Birthday in Salt Lake

Yesterday, Emilie joined the quarter-of-a-century-old club. 

So, tonight, we celebrated with her at Red Rock Brewery in Salt Lake. 

The restaurant was a lot of fun, and the wood-fired pizza was simply delicious. 

We must make a better effort to spend more time in this city before we flee Utah. 

The symphony. The zoo. The aquarium. The ballet. Galleries. Festivals. Sports.

We've been missing so much in our comfortable little Provo bubble! 

Tonight was a refreshing visit to the world beyond it.
